About Telnyx

Telnyx is an industry leader that's not just imagining the future of global connectivity—we're building it. From architecting and amplifying the reach of a private, global, multi-cloud IP network, to bringing hyperlocal edge technology right to your fingertips through intuitive APIs, we're shaping a new era of seamless interconnection between people, devices, and applications.

We're driven by a desire to transform and modernize what's antiquated, automate the manual, and solve real-world problems through innovative connectivity solutions. As a testament to our success, we're proud to stand as a financially stable and profitable company. Our robust profitability allows us not only to invest in pioneering technologies but also to foster an environment of continuous learning and growth for our team.

Our collective vision is a world where borderless connectivity fuels limitless innovation. By joining us, you can be part of laying the foundations for this interconnected future. We're currently seeking passionate individuals who are excited about the opportunity to contribute to an industry-shaping company while growing their own skills and careers.

The Role

We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented People Operations Specialist to support and scale our global People Ops function. In this role, you'll own key operational processes focused on compliance, tooling, analytics, and continuous improvement.

You'll collaborate cross-functionally with the People Ops Manager and Coordinator to ensure a seamless employee experience across our global workforce. Your day-to-day work will involve supporting immigration processes, managing audits, driving operational improvements, and keeping our systems accurate and efficient.

This is a great role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment and enjoys optimizing workflows and solving problems with structure.

Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding processes, including preparing offer letters and contracts
  • Drive improvement projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams (e.g., tools, automation, vendor coordination, onboarding revamp)
  • Coordinate and support audit preparation (e.g., HRIS audits, SOC2, I-9 tracking)
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal employment regulations
  • Provide support for global benefits administration and employee queries
  • Assist employees with employment visa documentation and related processes
  • Respond promptly to employee queries via the shared HR inbox, prioritizing urgent and sensitive matters
  • Manage employee leave requests, ensuring they comply with company policies and maintaining accurate and up-to-date leave records.
  • Monitor and support engagement and turnover tracking efforts, including data reporting and analysis.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR or People Operations role.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills — you love a well-maintained tracker or system.
  • A problem-solver mindset with the ability to spot inefficiencies and propose improvements.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (ideally Rippling), Airtable, and automation tools
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Exposure to immigration processes, audits, or global compliance work.
  • Experience working in a fast-moving SaaS company or technology-driven organization.

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. OMB Control Number

Expires 04/30/2026

Reason for disability data collection: This information is collected solely for equal employment opportunity purposes.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor's Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at

Public Burden Statement: According to the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 no persons are required to respond to a collection of information unless such collection displays a valid OMB control number. This survey should take about 5 minutes to complete.
