Job Title: People Operations SpecialistValeo Foods, a leading international food business, is seeking a dynamic and experienced People Operations Specialist to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the company's growth and success.The Role:We are looking for an exceptional individual who can provide expert support to employees and management teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of HR activities, including data management, KPI reporting, recruitment and onboarding processes, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.The Ideal Candidate:To succeed in this role, you will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR administration or generalist roles, preferably in an FMCG/manufacturing organization. You will be accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment, building strong relationships with colleagues, and providing comprehensive support where necessary. Your attention to detail, prioritization skills, excellent communication and IT skills, and ability to analyze complex data will also be key strengths.You Will Thrive Here If:You are a positive and ambitious individual with a willingness to learn and develop.
