Overview

HR & Compliance Team Lead at Akeso Healthsearch (formerly AGC Healthcare). Akeso Healthsearch is seeking to recruit a Recruitment Administrator. AKESO Healthsearch is a leading provider of healthcare recruitment services in Ireland connecting healthcare professionals with public and private clients for permanent placements, contracts and locum.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the day to day recruitment activities – handling candidate enquiries, posting job advertisements, compliance, and updating the social media websites.
  • Liaising with clients and candidates.
  • Recording recruitment data accurately in the Company database and in a timely manner.
  • Manage all administration associated with recruiting.
  • Assisting with ad hoc duties.
Qualifications
  • Experience working in an administrative role.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, balance priorities, and take responsibility for the completion of the recruiting cycle.
  • Adept in Microsoft Office.
