Authentic Pintxos are a Basque specialty, and we're seeking a Head Chef for a new Pintxo / Tapas Restaurant opening in early 2015. If you're unfamiliar with this cuisine, this may not be the right role for you.

We encourage chefs with experience in top Pintxo Restaurants and Bars of the Basque region to apply and bring the Pintxo experience to a new audience.

Our clients wish to speak with suitable candidates promptly, as the successful head chef will be involved in kitchen and menu design before opening.

Beyond strong culinary skills, they seek a passionate chef who shares their enthusiasm for Authentic Pintxos and will help promote this regional cuisine.

We are excited about this project and look forward to discussing your ideas for introducing Pintxos to Ireland.
