Customer Services Administrator – 10 month contract

Zurich Life Assurance plc is seeking a Customer Services Administrator focused on understanding and responding to customer needs. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills.

Successful candidates will gain comprehensive knowledge of the workings of a life insurance office by working in a dynamic environment handling queries and requests related to products such as Corporate and Individual Pensions, Investments, & Protection Plans.

Initially, full-time attendance in the office is required, but over time, the role will evolve into a hybrid model. Please discuss your flexibility needs during the interview.

This role may be available part-time or full-time, depending on candidate availability. Please discuss your preferences during the interview.

Your Role

Your main responsibilities as a Customer Services Administrator will include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction is a priority
  • Dealing with clients, members, brokers, employers, and other stakeholders via phone
  • Processing client/member requests throughout the policy lifecycle, ensuring compliance with product rules and company procedures
  • Handling complaints
  • Collaborating with other departments such as Sales, Propositions, Compliance to improve processes
Your Skills and Experience

Candidates should have:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially over the phone
  • The ability to work effectively in a team
  • Strong organizational skills, results-driven, capable of meeting tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Third-level qualification in a relevant field (to be confirmed)
  • Willingness to undertake relevant professional qualifications meeting Central Bank Minimum Competency Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous
Additional Information

The primary work location is Blackrock, Dublin, with initial office-based work for at least four to six months.
