Overview

Senior Solicitor - Technology Transactions and Regulation. The role is based in Dublin and focuses on complex technology, data and IP transactions, providing advice to clients on laws and regulations including GDPR, Digital Services Act and the EU AI Act. The team serves clients in the technology, media, entertainment and life sciences sectors.

Responsibilities
  • Work on complex technology, data and IP transactions.
  • Provide guidance to clients on applicable laws and regulations, including GDPR, DSA and the EU AI Act.
  • Collaborate with clients across technology, media, entertainment and life sciences sectors.
  • Contribute to the Technology Transactions and Digital Regulation team within the Dublin office.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years PQE in a Commercial Technology team.
  • Natural interest in AI Law and its regulations.
