I'm currently working on a Legal Secretary opportunity supporting a busy property team within a commercial firm. This is a full-time, permanent position for a professional who wants to remain in a legal support role long-term.

Responsibilities
  • Audio typing and document preparation
  • Managing files using Practice Evolve
  • Drafting, amending, and filing legal documents
  • Submitting applications to the Land Registry
  • Filing Stamp Duty returns via ROS
  • General administrative and client support
Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience in a legal secretary role (property focus)
  • Not pursuing FE1 exams
  • Excellent dictation and IT skills
  • Familiarity with Land Direct and ROS systems
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage workload independently in a fast-paced team
