Overview

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for shaping cutting-edge Supply Chain solutions? Join a major retail organisation in Dublin as a Solution Architect, where you'll play a key role in transforming and delivering the ERP roadmap for Supply Chain and Fulfilment operations.

You'll be the bridge between business and technology—working closely with leadership, engineering teams, and external partners to create scalable, secure and high-performing solutions that power day-to-day operations and drive long-term success.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with Supply Chain and Fulfilment teams to understand their roadmap and needs
  • Design high-level technical solutions aligned with business outcomes and enterprise architecture
  • Define non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, security, resilience)
  • Collaborate with technical SMEs and external vendors to deliver robust, low-level designs
  • Oversee delivery lifecycle and maintain clear, detailed documentation
  • Stay ahead of the curve on industry trends and advocate for innovation
  • Help evolve architecture governance and best practices within the organisation
What you bring
  • Strong experience as a Solution Architect, ideally in Supply Chain and ERP environments
  • Deep knowledge of WMS, inventory, forecasting, distribution and fulfilment systems
  • Experience with Microsoft stack and Azure
  • Excellent communicator and stakeholder manager—able to speak both tech and business fluently
  • Solid understanding of integration patterns, modern cloud architectures, and data strategies
