John Sisk & Son are delighted to be working on a cutting-edge development. As an experienced BIM Manager, you will oversee the implementation of our Digital Project Delivery strategy across projects within the Business Unit. This role provides support and leadership to develop and manage a successful DPD strategy from pre-contract to project delivery and handover.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Dublin, requiring site-based work as part of our site team operations to ensure the successful delivery and handover of projects.

You will be:
  • Supporting the preconstruction team with reviewing tender documents to identify Clients BIM and Digital requirements.
  • Providing technical review of 3D BIM models at tender stage for federation, engineering checks, clash detection, logistics, and cost management.
  • Supporting the production and delivery of project BEP, MIDP, MPDT, and ensuring all parties are aware of their responsibilities.
  • Leading the DPD kick-off meeting with the project management team to review and finalize the DPD strategy.
  • Supporting and mentoring BIM Engineers as required.
You will have:
  • A third-level qualification in construction, computing, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience working on multi-disciplinary projects with BIM Level 2 requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficient with MS Office.
  • Experience with Autodesk Revit, Viewpoints for Projects / Dalux (or similar CDE), Synchro Pro, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Lumion, and other rendering software.
