We are looking for an Asset Protection / Loss Prevention Specialist to support a safe environment for Cast Members and Guests at the Disney Store. This role involves proactive deterrence, identification, and resolution of suspicious activity and unsafe behaviors.

What You Will Do
  • Act as a visible deterrent at store entrances/exits and throughout the store, monitoring and responding to suspicious activities and safety concerns.
  • Utilize specialized training in Retail Counterterrorism and Workplace Security to identify and report threats, protests, or terrorism.
  • Conduct security inspections and audits, respond to risks, and support investigations and emergency programs.
  • Assist with electronic surveillance, incident management, and access security screening.
  • Coordinate with law enforcement and oversee third-party security teams to ensure seamless security operations.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 4-5 years of experience in retail Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, Security, or Guest Services.
  • Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to manage security incidents.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and climb ladders.
  • Flexible schedule including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
  • First Aid/CPR/AED certification preferred.
Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; degree in Criminal Justice or related field preferred.
