The RoleAs the Project Administrator, you'll be a vital part of a small, dynamic team working alongside technical specialists. You'll bring experience in project administration—ideally within highways, transportation, or construction—and a proactive, organised approach to supporting complex infrastructure projects.
The ProjectThis role supports a major commission focused on technical advisory services for highway infrastructure operations and maintenance. Key areas of service include:
- Contract management and performance monitoring of tunnel systems and MTCC (Motorway Traffic Control Centre) operations.
- Administration of contract variations and task orders for tunnel lifecycle renewals and upgrades.
- Oversight of PPP contracts, including documentation reviews and audits.
- Advisory support on NEC3 and other contract frameworks.
- Monitoring compliance with Tunnel Safety Directive obligations.
- Programme and project management of schemes affecting tunnel and service area operations.
- Provision of ad hoc technical and administrative support.
