Are you ready to lead the charge in the fast-paced world of IT contract recruitment? We're seeking a trailblazing Senior Consultant to head up our IT Contracting capabilities in the Irish market. As our Head of Contract Recruitment, you'll be at the helm of our recruitment efforts in the contracting space. Your mission? To match skilled IT professionals with exciting projects and assignments throughout the country.

What you'll bring to the table:

  1. Proven Experience: Minimum of 3 years in agency recruitment, with a track record of success in contract recruitment.
  2. Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a knack for building rapport and trust with clients and candidates alike.
  3. Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the IT landscape, including emerging technologies, market trends, and competitive dynamics. Desirable but not essential for the right person.
  4. Results Orientation: Strong drive for results with a relentless focus on exceeding targets and driving business growth.
  5. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Comfortable with ambiguity and able to pivot quickly as priorities shift.
