What You'll Do
  • Drive and deliver end-to-end recruitment for internal roles
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders
  • Source standout talent across multiple industries
  • Run smooth, high-impact interview and offer processes
  • Hit and exceed KPIs and recruitment targets
  • Contribute to the growth of a thriving, ambitious company
What We're Looking For
  • 9–12 months of professional experience (in any field – we'll teach you recruitment)
  • A proactive, go-getter mindset with a thirst to learn
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging with people
  • Results-driven attitude and high-performance mindset
