We are currently recruiting Industrial Cleaning Operatives to join our expanding team. This is a great opportunity for individuals seeking a hands-on role within a professional, growing company offering long-term development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out window washing, power washing, carpet cleaning, high level cleans, strip and polish tasks, moving of office furniture etc. as required
  • Work across diverse client sites with varying shift requirements
  • Comply with the requirements of the quality management system ensuring adherence to ISO standards
  • Follow health and safety procedures and company SOPs
  • Travel as required to sites across Munster
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following current good manufacturing practices (cGMP), and standard operating procedures (SOPs); complying with legal regulations; monitoring environment
  • Assist with training of new employees.
What You'll Need

Experience in the following is a must:

  • Reach & Wash and window washing systems
  • Carpet cleaning machines
  • Power washing
  • MEWP ticket
  • SafePass

Additional Requirements:

  • Good spoken and written English
  • Flexible availability for days, evenings, nights, and weekends (schedules provided weekly)
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
  • Willingness to travel and stay overnight occasionally in the Munster area
