Responsibilities and Duties
  • Coordinating daily and weekly rostas for health care assistants with clients
  • Assigning health care assistants with clients based on suitability, location, and availability
  • Managing changes to schedules due to sick leave, holidays, or emergencies
  • Building strong working relationships with health care assistants to support consistent rosters
  • Communicating with clients and families to manage expectations and resolve queries
  • Monitoring health care assistants\' visits using scheduling software
  • Working with supervisors and managers to align client and carer needs
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to wider office operations
Key skills
  • Experience in a similar role and a background in care ideal.
  • Knowledge of Rostering/Monitoring Systems
  • An open approach to problem solving
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • IT Literacy
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Ability to Work to Strict Deadlines
  • Ability to Work Well Within a Team and on own initiative
