Responsibilities
  • The International Operations team has an opportunity for an International Operations Assistant. The successful candidate will provide administrative support for all areas of the operation and, where needed, wider business.
  • Support clients in collecting their Client Due Diligence (CDD) documentation in line with regulatory AML/CTF policies and procedures.
  • Act as the first line of defense by understanding and highlighting any suspicious activity related to Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing or Fraudulent Activity on our High Net Worth (HNW) products.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience learning and utilizing multiple IT systems and business processes with minimal supervision. Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Inquisitive, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with a focus on innovative client engagement.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to be direct in a positive, constructive manner.
  • Highly organized, motivated, detail-oriented, with a strong sense of teamwork and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Client service skills with the ability to collaborate with internal and external clients.
  • Ability to speak other languages to service clients is advantageous but not essential.
  • Ability to complete tasks at junior levels within the career framework and flexibility to service clients as needed.
Qualifications
  • An undergraduate degree is desired (equivalent relevant work experience will be considered) but not essential.
  • A minimum of one (1) year of direct AML due diligence experience in a bank or insurance institution is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Responsibilities / Job Details
  • Basic client and CDD document review and system input.
  • Ensure policy setup, filing and archiving are completed correctly as part of ongoing projects.
  • Adhere to set deadlines as required.
  • Communicate with other departments in a workflow environment via email/Teams.
  • Collaborate with other roles to deliver an exceptional client experience and quality services.
  • Assist with other projects or assignments as delegated by the manager.
