Global Customer Service Representative with Italian Fluency

Limerick, Ireland viagogo – Customer Success / Full-Time / Hybrid

As a Customer Service Representative at StubHub/ viagogo, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries efficiently. This role requires a proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering results. Responsibilities:

  1. Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
  2. Identify customer needs and provide immediate solutions while educating customers to navigate and self-serve when possible.
  3. Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets for resolution rate, customer satisfaction, and response time.
  4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and optimize the customer experience.
  6. Be friendly, reliable, and on-time, showing initiative and ownership across all assigned tasks.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Experience working in a performance-driven culture is a plus.
  5. Proficiency in English and Italian languages required.

€27,000 - €27,000 a year

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a Full-Time position which may require weekend shifts. This role will require working in office 3 days per week to ensure cross-functional collaboration.
