About The Team&Open's Sales team is growing. Our goal is to grow the company, one new client at a time. We love meeting new brands, understanding their needs, and helping them fulfill those needs via &Open's technology and offerings. If you excel at winning clients across all hemispheres, you'll fit right into our dynamic Sales team.
About The RoleWe are seeking an ambitious Enterprise Account Executive to join our expanding Sales team. You will prospect potential new customers, manage an active pipeline across all verticals, and be responsible for reaching targets, managing deals, ensuring forecast accuracy, and driving customer engagement. You will work closely with clients to understand their business and guide them through the sales cycle.
What You'll Do- Understand customer requirements and evolving needs regularly.
- Report and forecast accurately, presenting findings to leadership with pipeline management expertise.
- Maintain current and accurate account and lead information in our CRM.
- Manage client relationships through demos, pitch decks, and strategic discussions within an enterprise sales process.
- Contribute ideas proactively and collaborate creatively with the team to develop target lists and identify new business channels.
- 3-5 years of closing experience, preferably in SaaS.
- Experience in an enterprise sales environment.
- Proven success in meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable interacting at all levels.
- Interest in increasing customer happiness and deepening relationships.
- Track record of identifying needs and delivering solutions efficiently.
- Adaptability, drive, resilience, and collaborative spirit.
- Quick learner with innovative ideas.
- Passion for the role and &Open's offerings.
- Attention to detail and excellent time management.
- Ability to engage prospects and collaborate with the team effectively.
