The Merrion, one of Dublin's finest luxury hotels, is recruiting for a full-time Barista/Pantry Porter.

Centrally located in Dublin within easy reach of public transport, this role offers the opportunity to work in a beautiful hotel where the highest standards are in place and where you have the tools to do your job. You will work with an experienced team and receive comprehensive training.

This is a rewarding role on a team where you can expect a warm welcome.

Responsibilities
  • Requisition and stock
  • Preparation for day to day service
  • Washing up dishes
  • Liaise with the Team for food service
  • Liaise with the Kitchen
  • Maintain excellent hygiene standards

Shift work and flexibility are required in this position.

The successful candidate will have tea/coffee skills/knowledge and have strong guest focus, good communication skills, spoken and written English, multi-tasking ability and enjoy contributing in a positive way to The Merrion Culture. Flexibility in response to guest and business needs is required; no two days are the same
