The Killarney Towers Hotel, a 4* property with 182 bedrooms located in the heart of Killarney, is part of the O'Donoghue Ring Collection. We are seeking an experienced Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team for 5 shifts per week, including weekends.

What you'll do
  • Manage all reception duties, working as part of the wider Front Office Team.
  • Ensure guests are completely satisfied through prompt handling of queries in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Anticipate guests' needs and provide service that meets and exceeds expectations.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of standards of performance and delivery within all front office departments.
  • Answer the switchboard and hotel telephone in line with the company standard of service.
  • Develop a strong working relationship with colleagues in your department and related departments.
About you
  • Previous experience in a similar role in a 4* or 5* environment is an advantage.
  • Team player with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail oriented, with the desire to progress within the luxury hospitality market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of the Hotsoft operating system is an advantage but not essential.
  • Fluent English language skills are essential.
