Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive located in Cork. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and closing sales. Daily tasks include making outbound calls to potential customers, providing excellent customer support, and meeting sales targets. The role involves identifying customer needs, offering product recommendations, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales techniques
  • Experience in Customer Support and building customer relationships
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Previous experience in telesales or a related field is an advantage
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
