Job Description

As an Outbound Account Executive, you will manage and maintain an organized sales pipeline.

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate or support specific cases.
  • Call and convert warm leads into active customers.
  • Deliver product demonstrations to prospects.
  • Achieve account activation targets and sales KPIs.
  • Understand customer needs and tailor value propositions accordingly.

Ideal Profile

Targeted Qualifications

  • Fluency inEnglishLanguage,C1level or Higher.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Min 1-2 Years of outbound Business Development or sales experience (B2B sales, telesales, or tech sales)
  • Strong sales aptitude skills, solutions-oriented with a passion for the customer and the customer experience.
  • Highly driven with a passion for sales and for developing as a sales professional.
  • Proficient with CRM tools (ideally Salesforce) and adaptable to new systems.
  • A tech-savvy mindset and ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
  • Strong objection-handling and closing skills.
  • Confidence in delivering online demos and building business relationships.

  • Communicative, Speak and/or write well and get your ideas across to others easily.
  • Interpreter, Look at things and make sense of them, figure what is needed and how to fulfil it.
