A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Accountant to step into a Finance Manager role within a dynamic financial services environment. You'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team of accountants, lawyers, and compliance specialists, managing a diverse portfolio of international clients.

We're looking for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in leading a team while delivering high-quality financial, regulatory, and statutory reporting services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and mentor a team of accountants, ensuring delivery of accurate financial, tax, and compliance services.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client management teams, overseeing reporting deliverables and compliance obligations.
  • Review and supervise management accounts, financial statements, tax filings, and audit processes.
  • Oversee payroll, VAT, corporation tax, and liquidity requirements.
  • Play an active role in client governance, including board meetings and directorship responsibilities.
What We're Looking For
  • Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CPA, or CIMA) with 5+ years PQE.
  • Solid experience across financial statements, management reporting, tax, payroll, and compliance.
  • Advantageous if you come from a corporate services provider.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational abilities.
  • A proactive, positive, and collaborative approach.
