Business Analyst - Marketplace Programme

Dublin or Limerick (Hybrid)

Contract role

This role will shape business analysis across the programme lifecycle - from uncovering business needs, mapping "as-is" and "to-be" processes, to working with architects and developers on scalable solutions.

What you'll do:

  • Analyse and challenge business needs to define actionable requirements
  • Map current processes and design future-state workflows
  • Partner with IT and vendors to define technical/operational change
  • Support configuration governance and in-life change enablement
  • Ensure business readiness through SOPs, training, and process walkthroughs

What we're looking for

10+ years' BA experience in digital transformation/delivery

Strong skills in requirements, gap analysis, process mapping

Technical literacy (integrations, data, platforms, configuration)

Excellent collaboration skills across business, IT, and vendors

Nice to have:

Telecoms/e-commerce experience, BPMN, Six Sigma, agile frameworks, API/data flow awareness, low-code tools, regulatory knowledge.
