Ryanair is currently recruiting for a HR Specialist to join Europe's Largest Airline Group.

This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a company aiming to grow to over 800 aircraft and 300 million guests within the next 10 years.

Based in our Dublin HQ, the HR Specialist will oversee our French HR Operations and assist the manager with legal cases, union meetings, payroll administration, and daily employee management. At Ryanair, you will gain extensive experience by acting as a HR Manager for your team, making daily decisions, offering advice, and resolving employee relations matters.

Duties Include:

  • Assist with all HR matters related to our French-based employees, including legal cases, union meetings, and payroll.
  • Review and administer payroll changes monthly in accordance with French regulations.
  • Manage day-to-day employee and industrial relations.
  • Prepare legal cases for local litigation.
  • Support and advise management at all levels on HR issues, ranging from general queries and grievances to disciplinary investigations and legal case preparation.
  • Report weekly to the HR Manager on all HR issues in your area.
  • Travel to France for employee and union meetings, as well as base visits when required.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in HR dealing with French-based employees and/or French labour law.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • HR Degree or Master's degree.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and pressurized environment.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
