Description

Ryanair is currently recruiting for a HR Specialist to join Europe's Largest Airline Group. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a team aiming to grow to over 800 aircraft and 300 million guests within the next 10 years.

Based in our Dublin HQ, the HR Specialist will oversee our French HR Operations and assist the manager with legal cases, union meetings, payroll administration, and employee management. You will gain extensive experience and act as a HR Manager for your employees, making daily decisions, offering advice, and resolving employee relations matters.

Duties Include
  • Assist with HR matters related to French-based employees, including legal cases, union meetings, and payroll.
  • Review and administer payroll changes monthly in accordance with French regulations.
  • Manage daily employee and industrial relations.
  • Prepare legal cases for local litigation.
  • Support and advise management on HR issues, including grievances, disciplinary investigations, and legal cases.
  • Report weekly to the HR Manager on HR issues in your area.
  • Travel to France for employee and union meetings, and base visits as required.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of HR experience dealing with French employees and/or French labour law.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • HR Degree or Masters.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
