A leading healthcare organisation is seeking an experiencedMedical PAto provide high-level support to the Clinical Director and Academic Lead.This role requires exceptionalorganisational, communication, and multitasking skills, along with a strong ability to manage a busy office in a fast-paced medical environment.

Location:South County Dublin (Parking available)
Working Arrangements:Full-time onsite, Mon-Fri
Salary:€50,202 (Point 1 of Grade V scale)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the efficient running of the Clinical Director's office, including diary management, correspondence, and meeting coordination.
  • Provide administrative support formedical projects, committees, and regulatory compliance.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports, maintain records, and manage confidential information.
  • Assist with medical HR administration and liaise with senior management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical PA or in a senior healthcare administration role.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • A background in the healthcare sector is highly desirable.
