Trim Castle Hotel is currently seeking to recruit an enthusiastic Night Porter to join our team. If you are passionate about the hospitality industry and would like to develop your career within a busy and extremely popular property, we could have an exciting opportunity for you.

About The Role

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Set up/break down of conference and private dining rooms
  2. Preparation & service of food and beverage to guests including room service between 11pm - 7am
  3. To maintain a high standard of cleanliness of all public areas
  4. To assist the Night Manager in dealing with requests and queries from guests
  5. To assist the Night Manager with Night Audits
  6. To carry out nightly security checks/fire walks of the property
  7. Any other reasonable request by Management
Essential Criteria
  1. Candidates must have permission to work in Ireland / hold a valid work permit or any other document required
  2. 1 / 2 years experience required in a similar role in a 4 star Hotel or similar
  3. Must have the ability to work as part of a team
  4. Possess excellent customer service skills and strong communication skills
