Litigation Legal Secretary – 12 Month FTC

We are delighted to be hiring on behalf of our client, a leading Irish law firm in Dublin, who are seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Secretary to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The Role
  • Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Litigation team

  • Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence

  • Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and liaise with clients and counsel

  • Assist with case management, file maintenance, and billing processes

  • Ensure deadlines are met and work is completed to a high standard

The Person
  • Previous experience as a Legal Secretary in litigation is essential

  • Strong document production and typing skills

  • Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail

  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to manage workload effectively in a busy team environment
