Sales Support Responsibilities:
  1. Providing excellent customer/sales service
  2. Driving company vehicle to customers' locations and Fastenal stores
  3. Working hard to drive in sales
  4. Seeking out prospective customers
  5. Being knowledgeable about the products/services
  6. Business to Business sales of Industrial supplies, PPE equipment, and more
  7. Managing inventory within customer facilities
  8. Warehouse and industrial vending machine maintenance
  9. Receiving of goods, picking orders, shipping goods, material handling, cycle counts
  10. Communicating with team members
  11. Suggesting ideas on how to improve sales
Sales Support Requirements:
  1. Experience as a Sales Associate or in any related area (Preferable)
  2. Full UK Driving Licence (Key Requirement)
  3. Good understanding of sales and customer service
  4. Able to communicate well with customers
  5. Good at math
  6. Experience with POS transactions would be a plus
  7. High school diploma/BA/BSc would be a plus
