We are currently recruiting for a: Leisure Centre Supervisor/Personal Trainer

The Person

The successful candidate will have:

  • At least 2-3 years' experience within either a hotel or gym environment
  • Fitness qualification
  • Lifeguard qualification
  • Ability to maintain consistently high standards of service in Motion Leisure Centre
  • Strong organization skills
  • Strong customer and associate relation skills
  • Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service
  • Strong organisation & leadership skills
  • Flexible - this role involves morning/evening/weekend/weekday work
  • Candidate must have fluent English
The Role

You will be required to:

  • Assist the Management team to lead by example and deliver an extraordinary guest experience
  • Assist with delivering fitness classes
  • Ensure the team deliver at all times the highest quality of service and advice to the guests and members
  • Exceed the expectations of all guests within the hotel in a pleasant and efficient manner
  • Adhere to all Health & Safety, Hygiene and Cashiering Procedures
  • Maximise sales and revenue in Motion Leisure Centre
  • Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional, efficient manner
  • Motivate, lead and engage your team, especially in the absence of the leisure centre manager

Hours: Working hours will vary week to week dependent on business levels
