Customer Success Representative opportunity at SoftCo. This role works with the Customer Success Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and guiding customers to optimize SoftCo10 usage.

Responsibilities- Develop and maintain long-term business relationships with SoftCo customers by understanding their goals and addressing requests.
- Serve as a point of contact for customers and collaborate with the Customer Success Manager, Customer Services and Product Development to manage escalations (queries, issues, feature requests, improvements).
- Become an expert in SoftCo products/services, stay up to date with product enhancements, act as a consultant, and share best practices with customers.
- Proactively engage with customers to conduct reviews/health-checks, review product usage and adoption, present new features, identify upsell opportunities for Sales.
- Monitor customer satisfaction using available metrics and carry out follow-up actions as needed.
- Prepare reports and analyses on customer satisfaction, issues, use cases and requirements; recommend actions to the Customer Success Manager and Senior Management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards; maintain professional standards in all interactions.
- Deliver other ad-hoc duties as required.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, Computer Science) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant customer-facing experience, preferably in Fintech.
- ERP experience and knowledge of accounts payable business processes is highly desirable.
- Adaptable and quick to learn new information; strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills; ability to explain technical information in non-technical terms.
- Proactive, customer-focused, structured and highly organized; strong listening skills and ability to understand others' viewpoints.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team; thrive in a demanding environment with evolving priorities.
