About The Role

BrewDog Outpost Dublin is seeking a Sales Coordinator to handle incoming inquiries.

Our mission is to make others as passionate about craft beer as we are. Our bars lead this effort by delivering exceptional beer and service. We're looking for a Sales Executive to join our team.

Job Purpose

Support the Dublin team by managing inbound inquiries and proactively promoting offers and events.

Role ExpectationsInbound Sales & Proactive Activity
  • Respond to new inquiries, understanding guest requirements and sharing package and pricing info
  • Follow up on ongoing inquiries to convert leads
  • Upsell to auto-confirmed bookings without pre-orders
  • Answer calls to brand standards and monitor booking inbox
  • Promote upcoming events and initiatives proactively
Organisation & Admin
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and pre-orders
  • Handle all booking admin, including cancellations and modifications
  • Check customer requests and notes for special requirements
  • Create event packs and run sheets with booking details
  • Review diaries to optimize bookings and maximize yield
About You

You should have at least 2 years' experience as a Sales Coordinator in a busy bar or kitchen environment. Customer service focus is essential to ensure every customer interaction is outstanding. Multi-tasking and prioritization skills are key, along with maintaining high standards.
