Job Title: Sales Promotions Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Sales Promotions Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of sales promotions within our retail outlets.

  • Main Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain visually appealing displays at designated outlets in line with agreed policies and procedures.

  • Maintain regular communication with outlet personnel to ensure their active co-operation in promoting our products.

  • Monitor the condition of all products in-store and in stockrooms, promptly removing any damaged or non-functioning items from sale.

  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with outlet staff to sustain their support in showcasing our products.

  • Accurately record all relevant information on in-store activity and stock levels as outlined in weekly reports and other documentation.

  • Ensure that all company equipment is properly maintained, including vehicles, presenters, and point-of-sale systems.

  • Attend training sessions as required to enhance your knowledge and skills.

  • Support Client representatives in outlet display relays in accordance with established display policies.

  • Adhere to all company policies and practices as outlined in your employment contract.

  • Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and reports.

  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management.

  • Basic knowledge of sales promotions and marketing principles.
