Key Accountabilities:

  • Supporting administrative and reporting requests and queries within the CMU team
  • Ensuring that key performance indicators are managed and maintained on accounts
  • Liaising with head office and customers regarding day-to-day issues and responding in a timely manner
  • Coordinating with customer service and various head office operations teams on service levels
  • Liaise with telesales, merchandising, purchasing and operations regarding new listings, nominated lines and promotional cycles
  • Maintaining and building relationships with site managers and chefs of specific commercial accounts
  • Administration of commercial account projects to ensure timely completion
  • Generating reports daily using software applications
  • Meeting customer needs and being responsible and flexible

Requirements:

  • Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Excel are essential
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills are required
  • Proven customer relationship skills are necessary
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines
  • Proven reporting skills and ability to analyse reports are essential
  • Fluent written and spoken English is required
  • A positive attitude and excellent communication skills are essential
