Sales Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Sales Administration Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills.
About the Role
This role involves handling various administrative tasks, supporting the sales team, and providing exceptional customer service. As a Sales Administration Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting customers through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels
- Preparing contracts, client presentations, and coordinating with internal departments
- Maintaining databases, processing data, generating reports, and managing invoicing
- Contributing to creative marketing activities, such as mass communication and developing promotional materials
Key Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
- A positive and solution-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills
- Bachelor degree in Faculty of Economics, Business Administration, Organizational Sciences, Economics, Law or similar
- Experience in an administrative or back-office support role (advantage)
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
