A leading commercial law firm in Dublin is currently seeking an experienced PA / Legal Secretary to support its busy Housing Team within the Commercial Real Estate Department. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and growing legal practice known for its high standards and professional environment.

Please note: This is not a suitable role for FE-1 candidates or those seeking a training contract or legal qualification route. We are specifically seeking candidates with a long-term interest in legal secretarial/PA work.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to a team of partners, associates, and solicitors

Typing and formatting legal documents, correspondence, reports, and contracts using digital dictation

Diary management and meeting coordination for senior team members

Handling incoming calls, taking messages, and managing follow-ups professionally

Coordinating internal and external meetings, ensuring accurate scheduling and documentation

Managing the receipt and distribution of title documents on ATR for financial institutions

General team support, file management, and ad hoc administrative tasks as needed

Key Requirements:

At least 3 years' experience in a legal secretary or PA role, ideally within a commercial property or conveyancing setting

High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Excellent typing speed (60+ wpm) with strong accuracy and attention to detail

Familiarity with legal case management systems (e.g., Partner for Windows, iManage) is a plus

Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to work under pressure

Professional telephone manner and excellent written and verbal communication skills
