We are looking for a Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our office Quality team to work on various upcoming key projects. This is a hybrid role, connected to our Dublin office.


As the Quality Assurance (QA) Coordinator you will work closely with the Dublin Office Quality Manager and the Dublin management team to support implementation and monitoring of PM Group's Quality Management System (QMS) across the office and associated sites (including Construction and Managed Services sites).



Responsibilities
  • Promote consistent quality assurance practices across the office and associated construction and managed service sites
  • Support implementation of the office Quality Objectives Programme in line with the planned schedule
  • Assist with QMS inductions and core QMS document awareness training
  • Drive the adoption of critical company procedures (core QMS documents)
  • Perform internal audits (office & site) in accordance with the audit schedule
  • Follow up on audit findings to drive resolution and close out of outstanding actions
  • Support facilitation of audits by external parties (e.g., certification bodies, Customers)
  • Ensure focus is placed on the planning and initiation phase of new projects
  • Assist the management team and the Dublin Office Quality Manager to identify and implement improvement initiatives
  • Assist with the development of localised procedures ensuring consistency and compliance with PM Group's QMS
  • Provide timely updates for monthly reports and management meetings
  • Facilitate capture and transfer of lessons learned on projects
  • Support the customer feedback process
  • Provide advice and assistance to management and employees on compliance/QMS-related queries
  • Support the Dublin Office Quality Manager with day-to-day activities as needed


Qualifications
  • Qualification in a related subject (e.g., Quality Management, Business or Engineering) is preferable though not essential
  • Suitable level of experience and knowledge gained in a role or function within PM Group is expected
  • Excellent IT skills – proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise and execute multiple tasks with minimal supervision
  • Proven problem-solving ability
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication
  • Self-motivated, assertive and results-oriented with a positive outlook
  • Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage time across the business unit
