Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Azure cloud administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring the MS Azure Platform, operations, process documentation, process improvement, major incident management, quality assurance of documentation, coordination of VAPT (Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing) tests and audits, monitoring and improvement of release management. This role offers the opportunity to work within an automation-first team with opportunities to develop and learn cutting-edge cloud technologies.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor MS Azure Platform operations and provide support for day-to-day operations
  • Document processes and identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Manage major incidents, providing support and taking ownership of the resolution process
  • Ensure documentation is of high quality and meets project requirements
  • Coordinate with external vendors for VAPT tests and audits
  • Improve release management by monitoring and identifying areas for improvement
  • Implement and develop innovative monitoring solutions for the platform
  • Handle security events and incidents, ensuring timely response and resolution
  • Monitor security-related IT issues and close any gaps
  • Onboard new customers to the platform
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in Azure Platform operations
  • Strong knowledge of process documentation and improvement
  • Experience in major incident management
  • Familiarity with VAPT tests and audits
  • Strong understanding of release management and monitoring
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • ITIL experience would also be an advantage
