Responsibilities
  • Designing, configuring and implementing the TMS solution with FIS, our implementation partner, as well as building/enhancing our BAU processes and controls.
  • Effectively partner with Treasury and Finance teams to ensure the TMS and surrounding BAU processes are developed and optimised for functionality, reporting, audit and control requirements.
  • Elicit, understand, challenge and translate the business value into requirements, creating appropriate user stories of the right quality at the right time.
  • Ensure traceability of requirements and user stories throughout the entire product lifecycle.
  • Ensure alignment between requirements, user stories and test output, including assisting User Acceptance Testing.
  • Work closely with the Product Owners to ensure that any user story is detailed, thorough and ready for configuration, owning the story from conception to final delivery of value.
  • Aid stakeholders in understanding trade-offs and achieving consensus.
  • Ensure solution designs align with Enterprise Architecture principles and design decisions within the product team or platform, seeking guidance when necessary.
  • Proactively monitor and communicate industry, functional, and technology trends to stakeholders and coach them on how to harness these to drive business value.
  • Provide clear and frequent updates to stakeholders regarding business analytical tasks and progress as necessary.
  • Adopt a data-driven approach in all activities and act as guardian of data flow and data quality as a key performance driver.
  • Build a relationship with Product Owners, understand their business and challenges.
Personal SpecificationEducation and Qualifications
  • Graduate education/qualifications or equivalent experience (desirable but not essential).
Knowledge and Experience
  • Business Transformation; experience in Finance and Corporate Treasury Transformation projects.
  • Treasury and cash systems/technology; treasury instruments; SWIFT services; treasury accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of TMSs; experience with FIS Integrity is highly desirable; other TMS platforms considered.
  • Experience in finance transformation projects delivering system implementations and process improvements.
  • Understanding of best-practice treasury processes with a focus on payments processing.
  • Ability to communicate to senior stakeholders and teams; working across multiple time zones.
  • Data flow analysis, effective user story writing/management, and documentation of complex business processes.
  • Experience with agile environments and cross-functional global product teams.
  • Experience with end-to-end lifecycle projects in treasury and cash management environments.
  • Strong teamwork and project management skills; ability to communicate complex ideas to varied audiences.
