Business Analyst - Treasury Transformation

This is a key position for an experienced Finance Transformation Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have several years' experience working in Finance and Corporate Treasury Transformation projects, with a proven track record of implementing TMS projects.

The successful Business Analyst will utilize their experience working in Finance to collaborate effectively with the Project Team and stakeholders, showcasing strong analytical, problem-solving, requirement management, and elicitation skills.

As a key member of the Process Improvement & Innovation (PI&I) team, this Business Analyst will build a strong understanding of end-to-end user journeys and processes to accurately and efficiently elicit, challenge, and document requirements, processes, and scope.

The role involves partnering with Treasury and Finance teams to develop and optimize TMS and surrounding BAU processes for functionality, reporting, audit, and control requirements. The Business Analyst will ensure traceability of requirements and user stories throughout the product lifecycle and work closely with Product Owners to ensure user stories are detailed, thorough, and ready for configuration.
