Trades Sales Manager - Killarney

Our client, one of Ireland's fastest growing builders' providers and leading suppliers of building materials, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to join their Killarney location. This is a great opportunity to grow your managerial career in a busy, team-oriented environment.

The Role:

This role would suit someone with previous managerial experience in the trade/construction sector with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities include:
  • Actively manage key trade accounts and drive sales within the branch, promoting products and services.
  • Manage people, drive sales, and ensure operational excellence.
  • Create a culture and environment that engages and motivates your team.
Skills & Experience:
  • Great customer service is a priority; service excellence and consistency are expected.
  • Ability to identify and develop talent.
  • Understand the strengths of your team members.
  • Maintain excellent store standards and a safe working environment.
  • Responsible for sales and purchasing, working closely with suppliers, managing administration of key accounts, building relationships with customers, negotiating deals, and developing new business.
  • Stay updated on market trends and products.
