Responsibilities- Measure and continuously improve the service delivery processes in both quality and value to increase customer satisfaction.
- Ensure maximum consistency and efficiency across service delivery functions.
- Support IT technology teams in incident management across first, second, and third lines.
- Manage third-party suppliers to ensure quality, value, and customer satisfaction in line with contractual agreements.
- Engage with and manage relationships, processes, and deliverables with the IT PMO through SLAs, KPIs, and other metrics.
- Broad IT technical knowledge, business analysis skills, and good communication across all business levels.
- Experience in day-to-day management and service delivery of IT services, including service level management, analysis, and reporting.
- Ability to manage relationships with third-party suppliers and resolve incidents efficiently.
- Experience in monitoring, analyzing, planning, and operating IT services for continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of compliance, security policies, and ITIL v4 standards.
- Senior level position, full-time employment.
