Job Description

AuxiliaGroup Recruitment are currently hiring an IT Managed Services Delivery Manager on behalf of our client, an established company within the technology sector. This is a permanent opportunity based in Dublin. The role will involve a hybrid working model.

Role:

- Manage and develop the technical services team to provide first class post-sales support to the company's Customers.

- Input to service design and support for service implementation.

- Maintain standards for compliance & best practices across the team.

- Manage customer escalations, issues, problems, and requirements.

- Manage business risk and knowledge to ensure business continuity.

- Provide input into the presales process and act as a lead on support and service issues, strategy and approach.

- Set-up, manage and improve standards and procedures within the team.

- Ensure working practices are well defined and operational with minimal disruption using technology to improve efficiency as appropriate.

Requirements

Requirements:

- Third level qualification within Information Technology or similar.

- 5+ years' experience in a similar service managed or service deliver environment.

- General technical understanding of IT Infrastructure, Networking particularly Microsoft cloud, Microsoft 365 & Intune.

- Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Azure is essential for this position.

- Experienced in driving change initiatives in a service environment.

- Experienced and conversant in-Service Level Agreements and Operational Schedules.

- Able to identify Business Development opportunities.

- Able to develop effective relationships internally at a variety of levels.

- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.

- Experience in improving and developing the knowledge & skills of others.
