We are currently looking for a talented Meetings & Events Assistant to contribute to the success of our renowned hotel. As part of The iNUA Collection, you will be part of a team committed to excellence in hospitality and guest satisfaction. This role is being offered on a casual basis. Only candidates with current eligibilty to undertake employment in Ireland will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating and executing meetings, conferences, and events hosted at our hotel.
- Support the M&E team in managing event logistics, including room setup, catering arrangements, and audiovisual equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of events and resolve any issues that may arise.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills is a must.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
