OverviewOur Sales Development Representatives are the first step in our sales process here at ThreatLocker , used to help grow and develop entry level sales professionals. The role focuses on product knowledge and best sales practices. Our SDR's will be contacting potential customers to inform them about our product or service using scripts. Along with answering questions about products or the company and asking questions to better understand customer requirements.
Responsibilities- Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote product
- Explain the product or service to potential customers
- Deliver scripted sales pitch to the customer
- Record customer details including reaction to the product or service offered
- Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Experience in a high volume, call center working environment, preferred
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- High school degree
