GSK Oncology/Haematology is committed to discovering and developing new therapies with the potential to help patients with cancer, focusing on Cancer Epigenetics, Immuno-Oncology, Oncology Cell & Gene Therapy, and Synthetic Lethality.

As the Haematology Key Account Manager, you will promote GSK licensed Haematology products in your territory.

Location: Field based in Ireland.

In this role you will
  • Promote and detail GSK Haematology products to target healthcare professionals and stakeholders affecting prescribing decisions.
  • Achieve sales targets by effectively communicating product value and use.
  • Develop and implement account plans in collaboration with colleagues to maximize opportunities.
  • Manage and develop accounts and customers, aligning with company strategy and customer needs.
  • Build and sustain professional relationships to promote GSK therapies.
  • Collaborate with all functions for successful product launches and promotions.
Why you?Basic Qualifications & Skills
  • University Degree in Business, Science, or related fields.
  • Understanding of Haematology product science.
  • Experience as a therapeutic specialist/key account manager in pharma, especially in haematology hospital sales.
  • Proven promotional success.
  • Skilled in modern information technology for multi-channel selling.
  • Track record of influencing decision makers in a territory.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills

Skills not required but preferred: experience in haematology, product launches in hospital care, understanding of clinical stakeholders, funding processes, healthcare system, and awareness of EHS issues.
