GSK Oncology/Haematology is committed to discovering and developing new therapies with the potential to help patients with cancer, focusing on Cancer Epigenetics, Immuno-Oncology, Oncology Cell & Gene Therapy, and Synthetic Lethality.
As the Haematology Key Account Manager, you will promote GSK licensed Haematology products in your territory.
Location: Field based in Ireland.

In this role you will
- Promote and detail GSK Haematology products to target healthcare professionals and stakeholders affecting prescribing decisions.
- Achieve sales targets by effectively communicating product value and use.
- Develop and implement account plans in collaboration with colleagues to maximize opportunities.
- Manage and develop accounts and customers, aligning with company strategy and customer needs.
- Build and sustain professional relationships to promote GSK therapies.
- Collaborate with all functions for successful product launches and promotions.
Why you?
Basic Qualifications & Skills
- University Degree in Business, Science, or related fields.
- Understanding of Haematology product science.
- Experience as a therapeutic specialist/key account manager in pharma, especially in haematology hospital sales.
- Proven promotional success.
- Skilled in modern information technology for multi-channel selling.
- Track record of influencing decision makers in a territory.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
Skills not required but preferred: experience in haematology, product launches in hospital care, understanding of clinical stakeholders, funding processes, healthcare system, and awareness of EHS issues.
