Due to our phenomenal growth, we are hiring On-Call Coordinators to assist in our out of hours service.
Remote Working
Full Training Provided
Hours & Days of Work:
- Working days will be Saturday & Sunday
- Working Shifts: 7am to 3pm & 3pm to 10pm
On Call Coordinator (out of hours service)
The On Call Coordinator will support the line manager in completing the administration tasks that go along with rostering and scheduling.
The ideal candidate will be capable of managing all aspects of the out of hours operations of our care call service. They will take responsibility and accountability, possess excellent communication skills, and must be dedicated to providing the highest quality of home care to those most in need.
- Ensuring that the highest quality of care is delivered to our clients
- Dealing with a high volume of calls
- Communicating client and caregiver concerns or problems with Care Managers or other staff members as appropriate
- Preparation of on-call reports
Requirements:
- Healthcare Experience is an advantage
- Must have great communication skills
