Marketing Recruitment Consultant – Dublin

Sigmar Recruitment is expanding our Marketing recruitment division in the Dublin office and is looking for an experienced recruiter to join the team. You will have the opportunity to work with top-tier clients.

The successful candidate will be ambitious, confident, and not afraid to take risks. We want someone who will challenge the norm and have an innovative approach to the recruitment process.

We employ over 100 industry specialists across our offices in Ireland (Dublin, Cork, Galway, and Athlone) and Poland (Lublin).

We recruit for temporary, permanent, and contract positions across the following areas: Accountancy, Banking & Financial Services, Construction & Property, Engineering & Manufacturing, HR, Insurance, IT, Legal, Life Sciences, Marketing, Multilingual, Office Support, Public Sector, Sales, and Supply Chain.

What you will be doing:

  • Business development (cold calling, events, networking, and client meetings)
  • Relationship and account management (process management, consultation, negotiation)
  • Using innovative and traditional recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, headhunting, networking, and our own global internal database to source the best talent in the market. Engaging with job seekers and learning about their career experience.
  • Candidate screening and support (interviewing, consultation, interview preparation)
  • Achieving core KPIs and sales targets
  • Developing and delivering end-to-end professional service solutions
  • Utilising video technology for outreach and interview purposes, which will be a key tool in our continued success
  • Working closely with the department Manager to grow and nurture the Marketing recruitment department.
  • Expanding your industry knowledge and network of Marketing professionals
  • Being creative and responsible for writing industry content for company blogs, websites, and social media channels
  • Continuing to build and maintain knowledge of the Marketing industry through market research, attending events, networking, and participating in internal creative projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, ideally in Marketing recruitment (more is always welcome)
  • Naturally inquisitive
  • Confident communicator
  • Commercially minded with an interest in how businesses work
  • Results-driven with ambition and drive
  • Performs best under pressure
